It's Subs time again...!

Dear Parents/Carers,

Welcome to a new scouting year! As it’s THAT time again, we thought we would take the opportunity to refresh everyone on our payment options in an attempt to make the payment and collection of subs much easier you and us.

Subs are due 3 times a year:

1^st term -           Beginning September

2^nd term -          Beginning January

3^rd term -          After Easter break (April)

The cost per term is £35.00.

Three payment options are available:

Pay each term - £35.00

Pay monthly - (12 equal monthly payments) £8.75 a month

Pay annually (at the beginning of the 1^st term) - £105.00

You can pay your subs via the following methods:-

• Standing Order - into 1st Crownhill Scout Group Bank Account
• Cash
• Cheque

Please email our Treasurer at tarynmyrdal@hotmail.com if you choose to pay by Standing Order in order that our records may be updated and we can give you the bank account details.

Cheque

Made payable to ‘1st Crownhill Scout Group’ and given to Taryn Thomson (Beavers) or Susan Lenton (Cubs & Scouts) at the 1^st meeting of the new term.

Cash

We encourage payment via standing order or cheque. If you prefer paying by cash, please ensure the correct cash is given to Taryn Thomson at the 1^st meeting of the new term in an envelope clearly marked with your child’s name.

Don’t forget to complete the Gift Aid form – this will considerably add to our ongoing group fundraising!

Hello! Hope you had a wonderful summer holiday and that the new term has started well. The new term for 1st Crownhill starts again on 

13 September 

We have lots of ideas and activities planned and we are really looking forward to seeing the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts again! We will add reminders about paying subs and ways to here very soon and please do keep an eye on the diary section of the website which we will up date shortly so you know what we have planned!

If anyone would like to take part in the Milton Keynes Gang Show (and we highly recommend it) can we suggest to pop along to auditions? They really are a lot less daunting than they sound! Promise! More details can be found below:
