Cubs

Cubs is all about joining in, learning new skills, and having lots of fun!

The Cub Scout Law is:

Cub Scouts always do their best,
think of others before themselves,
and do a good turn every day.

Some of the things we have been doing recently include:
  • Science
  • Model Building
  • World Faiths and Culture
  • Navigation and Map Reading
  • Discovering more about Communication
  • Visiting the local Fire Station and Police Station
  • Pet Care
  • First Aid
  • Team work and problem solving activities
  • Crafts
and much, much more! Parents and carers are encouraged to join in too!

We try and invite people from the local community, who have skills in an area we are looking at, to come in and share their knowledge. These visitors are really good fun and really help us to find out more about the badges we are looking at. If you have any knowledge you would like to share please do get in touch - we'd be really pleased to have a chat!

Cubs meet on Thursday evenings for 8 - 10 year old girls and boys. Children interested in joining the Group are welcome to attend a meeting - with no obligation.
